Had a quick dine-in for afternoon tea. Their crepe cakes are always tasty and not too sweet. This time is also no exception. Usually in the afternoon there's a line queueing up for dine-in. But we were lucky today, got a table immediately. The service was somewhat below standard. 3 waiters/ waitresses were standing at the service counter, they were supposed to take care of the 8-10 tables. But when we signalled that we're ready to order, we could see they were trying to push each other to serve the table. The other times they were just watching at their phones or chatting to each other, ignoring the customers. This is somewhat annoying. Other than that, food was good.

have been eating here most sundays with my son, and usually i sit down and order cake to eat. since ifc has complimentary parking for minimum 300 hkd spending on one receipt, i usually order both sit down and takeaway to get 300 hkd spending, and staff would waive the 10pct service charge for the takeaway portion on the same receipt. however this time i asked the staff told me either i pay 10pct service charge for the takeaway or i split 2 receipts for dine-in and takeaway, both defeating the purpose of trying to get 300hkd min spending on single receipt without overpaying... i asked the staff how many receipts i can use for free parking they asked me to go downstairs and ask myself. its like these young staff just dont bother, very unprofessional and unhelpful. very disappointed, would never come again

I tried the red velvet cake , the portion is generous, and it is so soft and moist! I like the chocolate taste of it. And the flat white is very creamy and coffee is rather mild, it is not too bitter or sour. The earl grey latte is so good! It got the nice earl flavor, very nice! And the latte is so smooth and it is lightly sweetened, love it!

I ordered a cake for my partner's birthday and asked for the a blank cake for a birthday message that I write myself. I called the shop and re-confirmed the blank cake (with no message) and they assured me it will be delivered that way. I picked up the cake with a message "happy birthday Kamya". Now, I do not know who Kamya is and I was very disappointed with this. Lady M refused to compensate me for this and basically responded to my email saying "oops, sorry"
